I believe it's important to have spare parts for the parts we utilize while diving, and the tinkle valve is no different! I ordered this to have on hand as spares, but I also plan to service my tinkle valve regularly to keep it performing as intended.

Yep, even that needs a service at some point

After using my LM tinkle valve (purchased from DRIS) for a few years, I did a short dive with out "plumbing in" and felt a cold trickle on leg. Yep the duck valve was not working, most likely eaten away from the various disinfecting solutions I have use.
This Kit made for an easy fix and now I use the same solution as I use for my rebreather to disinfect.
