- Upon the product's arrival at our facility, our experts will inspect and conduct a Leak Test on your drysuit according to your chosen service level (Minor, Major, or Annual Leak Test).
- Receive a summary of the identified problems, along with a price quote and estimated repair time.
- Upon your approval, we proceed with the repair(s) and conduct quality assurance testing to ensure optimal functionality.
- Once repairs are completed and payment is received, we promptly ship your drysuit back to you.
Terms & Conditions
Typical turnaround time for service is 3 - 4 weeks, with expedited options available. Front of line service prioritizes urgent requests and includes the option for rental sets if service cannot be completed within the specified timeframe.
*Note: Avoid shipping a wet Drysuit as it can damage the suit.
