I put one of these on each side of the waist strap of my sidemount BC as more forward lower tank attachments when using bottles which tend to float butt up as they empty (ie AL80's when traveling in the tropics)... It's nice that they always stick out about 3/4" and don't flop like a D-Ring. Would buy again.

Could not hold weight too well

The weight pocket on my BP wing harness kept sliding down the webbing. I thought this would be the solution. This product would hold a 4 lbs weight in place but anything placed in the picket that was heavier than 4 lbs would cause the weight to be pushed down. to the buckle. If you want to web lead weights straight into the belt then this is a great solution. If you want to put weights into the pocket then this may only hold 4 lbs or less. It is a good product but you need to know how much weight you want to keep in place using this.
