Very nice finish and overall very good quality product. Weighs little over a pound. Added a standard sta 6lb molded weight into it with no problem. The price is much better than other quality sta's out in the market. Has beveled edges where the straps go to prevent cutting on the metal.

I purchased this to be used with my Hollis SS backplate and Elite 2 Harness. Although my set-up can be used without a STA I found it a much more stable rig with it's use. Great build quality (as I am finding with all of my Hollis products) and it does what it is supposed to do!

The Hollis STA is almost the same exact STA as my Halcyon STA. The quality is A+. All the corners and the radius are broke evenly and the STA is finished very well. With good tank bands this makes a great stable option to your backplate setup.

This wasn't what I orginally ordered however DRIS was out of them so Mike was nice enough to send me this instead. The extra weight worked great and fit perfect on my rig. Its just a shame the price difference between this and other manufactures.

I use this instead of the included caddy on my Hollis S38 bladder. Great product for securing your single tank to a BP/W system. Provides a little extra weight too if you're looking to remove some from your weight belt.
