Nothing is more annoying than having your heavy tanks moving around your trunk damaging your car. This stops the tanks from doing so and protects the finish of the tanks.

These foam holders are really expensive considering they only hold two tanks. I bought a couple sets, then wised up and started to use pvc pipe and rope to make my own tank holders for much cheaper. While these holders work and work well, for the price you could make a 20 tank holder for yourself.

I bought two sets of these (be aware, each order = 2 foam tank holders) and I have used them whenever transporting my tanks (AL80's) in my car.
Recently, we took a LONG road trip, and brought two tanks each (4 total), so I put these to good use. They held the four tanks in place and stable without any issue.
It is true that they do start to get compressed, and will need to be replaced eventually, but I definitely feel I am getting my moneys worth out of them.
DRIS ordering and shipping was a breeze.

Great for holding 7.25 and smaller diameter tanks (holds a LP85 just fine:) not so great for holding 8 inch tanks however, they are a little to fat to fit in and be held comfortable if a curve is taken a little too fast. Great though for holding tanks and stoping things from getting crushed or worse valves breaking off.

These things are gear savers. No more tanks rolling around crushing depth gauges and masks. Dont last that long as they are foam, but can make a couple few seasons if they are cared for.
