Whites Storm Pro Swiftwater Drysuit: Stay Dry and Protected in Demanding Conditions

The Whites Storm Pro Swiftwater Drysuit is designed for professionals who need a high-performance drysuit that can handle the toughest rescue scenarios. This drysuit is built for use in flood and swiftwater environments, offering exceptional protection and a comfortable fit that allows for a full range of motion.

This drysuit features a front-entry design with a patent-pending expansion panel, providing freedom of movement and a streamlined fit. The 320 denier waterproof, breathable nylon fabric ensures ventilation and comfort, while the TIZIP® MASTERSEAL polyurethane dry zipper with a protective cover keeps water out.

The Storm Pro also includes a quick-adjust neoprene neck seal, neoprene wrist seals, and a 1.5-inch wide nylon webbing utility belt for a secure and comfortable fit. Heavy-duty nylon overlays in high-wear areas, like the elbows, seat, knees, and shins, provide added protection.

This drysuit also features padded elbows, seat, and knees for extra comfort, waterproof breathable socks (ideal for use with boots), and quick-adjust suspenders.

Storm Tek vs. Storm Pro: What's the Difference?

Both drysuits offer the same great baseline features, including:

  • Breathable 320 nylon drysuit fabric
  • Adjustable neoprene neck seal
  • Neoprene wrist seals
  • Plastic horseshoe front entry zipper
  • Plastic relief zipper with cover
  • 4x5 MOLLE loop patch on shoulders
  • Quick-adjust suspenders
  • Padded knees, butt, and elbows

Here's how they differ:

Reinforcements:

  • Storm Tek:
    • 500 denier nylon on knees, elbows, and butt
  • Storm Pro:
    • 1000 denier nylon on knees, elbows, and butt

Pockets:

  • Storm Tek:
    • 2 pocket plates to mount optional pockets
  • Storm Pro:
    • 2 pockets included

In a nutshell: The Storm Pro has tougher reinforcements and comes with pockets already included, while the Storm Tek has slightly less heavy-duty reinforcements and allows you to choose whether to add pockets.
