Shipping Times
We can confidently say that we have some of the best shipping times in the country! Being centrally located in the United States gives us prime shipping placement. We can have most orders to your door, with Standard Freight, in under 4 days! Other retailers would probably have you pay extra to get it there that fast.
While we may be a local shop, we sell our gear around the world! Most of our international orders can get to you via Standard Freight in about 10 days!
Free Ground Shipping On Orders Over $75
We’re proud to offer free ground shipping on orders over $75 to the lower 48 states.
- This offer is only valid on non-sale items. If your order contains both sale and non-sale items, the total cost of the non-sale items must exceed $75 to receive free shipping.
- If you’re using loyalty points, the total amount you pay after your points have been applied must be over $75 to receive free shipping.
- If you qualify for free shipping but opt for expedited shipping, we will credit you the normal ground shipping fee and you’ll only pay the difference. The adjusted amount will be charged to your card.
- If you return the product, you will not receive a credit back for the free shipping.
- If you don't have a physical address to ship to, Free Shipping does NOT apply.
- Some items don’t qualify for free shipping due to their size.
Free Super Saver Shipping On International Orders Over US$1000
We’re pleased to offer free Super Saver Shipping on international orders over US$1000.
- Free Super Saver Shipping will apply to standard shipping anywhere in the world on orders totaling US$1000 or more.
- Some items don’t qualify for free shipping due to their size.
- Sale items do not qualify for free shipping.
- If you work out a special price with Dive Right In Scuba in a quote or email, it will not qualify for free shipping
- If you decide to have expedited shipping, you will be credited the Super Saver Shipping fee and only pay the difference for the expedited shipping.
- If you return the product, you will not receive a credit back for the free shipping.
- This applies to addresses where USPS can make a delivery.
- If you don't have a physical address to ship to, Free Shipping does NOT apply.
Understanding International Shipping Options
There are several options available to you when it comes to shipping international orders. We’ll explain some of the most popular ones below:
Super Saver International is offered for FREE on most orders that total over US$1000 that are outside the United States.
- The only downside to this shipping method is that it does not provide real-time tracking information.
- Delivery time is typically 3 weeks or less, but can take longer to more remote locations. Your items will ship insured and you may need to pay import duties and taxes based on your Local Government.
- We will only replace lost packages after USPS has issued payment for the lost items.
USPS Priority Mail International shipping offers you a low-cost and fast delivery option.
- Not counting the time for the package to clear customs, delivery takes about 6-10 business days depending on your location.
- This option does not provide you with real-time tracking information.
USPS Priority Mail Express International is a cost-effective choice for even faster delivery of your dive gear.
- This option typically takes about 3-15 business days(Not counting customs clearing).
- As with the other USPS, there is no real-time tracking on your purchase.
- This option is available in about 180 countries.
UPS Worldwide Expedited offers you a fast delivery option to more than 60 countries with rapid in-house customs clearance.
- Typical delivery times are about 2-5 business days depending on your address.
- UPS will automatically e-mail you the real-time tracking number when your order ships from Dive Right In Scuba.
- Our shopping cart will not offer you the UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping choice if that service is not available in your country.
UPS Worldwide Saver is the absolute fastest delivery method to any country in about 3 business days or less.
- You will receive rapid in-house customs clearance. This is ideal when you need to save as much time as possible.
- UPS automatically e-mails you the real-time tracking number when your order ships from Dive Right In Scuba.
- Some addresses may require additional time for in-country transit if the delivery address is in a remote location.
- For service availability and exact delivery time commitments visit the UPS website for information about your address or contact us for a more accurate quote.
Take Advantage of SnapShip
SnapShip is available on select items at Dive Right In Scuba. When you see the SnapShip logo, we will expedite and rush your SnapShip Item out the door with Free 2nd Day Shipping in the Continental United States! If you order other items in addition to the SnapShip Items we will ship those with either Free Saver or via paid shipping (for items that don't qualify for free shipping).
Shipping Policy For Exchanges
If you’re exchanging a product for a different size or color, or to receive store credit, you can send your purchase back to Dive Right In Scuba (at your expense) and we will ship you the new product (at our expense), or give you a store credit when the product is received.
- This does not apply to International Orders
- This does not apply when there are multiple returns/exchanges
- Please note that if you receive free shipping and return a product, the shipping costs will be deducted from your return
Understanding Shipping Times
Here are a few things to remember when choosing a shipping option based on shipping time:
- We ship packages out Monday through Friday. If you submit an expedited order after 1 PM, we'll ship it out on the next business day.
- When you select a shipping option, the site will provide you with an estimated time of arrival for your shipment. This can help you decide which option to choose.
- Please remember that UPS does not factor weekends into delivery times.
- Once we ship your product, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment.

A Note About Stock
Feel free to call us (815-267-8400) if you want to ensure we have your product in stock. We try to have everything in stock and ready to ship, but no matter how hard we try, sometimes we run out of an item. We will do everything in our power to ensure your products arrive in time for your trip or dive.
Shipping Protection Policy
Our Shipping Protection Policy covers damaged, stolen, or lost items. Review the policy below to understand what our Shipping Protection covers.
Lost or Stolen
If your package is lost or stolen while in transit, reach out to Dive Right In Scuba and we will investigate the issue for you. Please note that you will first need to wait 5 calendar days after the package was marked as delivered to file the claim. Also, you must submit your claim no more than 15 calendar days after your package is marked as delivered.
We will then file a claim with the shipping carrier and issue you your new product as soon as possible.
Before submitting your claim, we ask that you check surrounding buildings and houses to see if the package was delivered to a nearby location by mistake.
In the event that your shipment is lost or stolen and you opt to cancel your order, Dive Right In Scuba will refund your purchase price in the form of store credit less the cost of shipping and shipping protection.
Exclusions:
- If you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout and the package gets lost, we are not liable for that product. However, if we shipped to the wrong address by our mistake, we are liable and will resolve the issue for you.
- If we are notified after 15 calendar days of the reported delivery date, we are not liable for this package.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you can immediately file a claim with us. Please note that you must notify us of a damaged product no more than 7 calendar days after delivery, or this service will be voided. To file a claim, you’ll need to send pictures of the product and packaging to Dive Right in Scuba.
Please note that all packed material and damaged goods must be kept in the original condition that they arrived in, and the product cannot be used until the claim has been resolved.
Exclusions:
- This service does not include minor blemishes to the product(s). Coverage for minor blemishes is at our discretion.
- This service does not cover damage to the item after you have removed it from the packaging.
Overall Shipping Protection Exclusions
- Any package worth over $500 will be sent requiring a signature upon delivery. If you opt out of the signature requirement on a package worth more than $500, the package will not be covered under Dive Right In Scuba’s Shipping Protection Policy.
- Dive Right In Scuba’s Shipping Protection is available only for the continental United States, Hawaii, US territories, and minor outlying islands.
- This service does not ensure that a package will arrive by a certain date or time. Please plan accordingly.
- Payment for Dive Right In Scuba’s Shipping Protection will not be included in any refunds for items.
- If a package gets stolen, it is up to Dive Right in Scuba’s discretion if we require a police report to move forward with the claim process.
- Dive Right In Scuba reserves the right to limit the number of claims per shipping address.
