Make your reg your own.

You probably won't need this if you just dive twice a year on the cruise ship. I dive fairly regularly and wanted to run my low pressure inflator hose differently. It ended up putting stress on the hose. Now it runs much more comfortably and doesn't put stress on my hose. I'll probably get another one sooner or later.

I just bought one of these for more streamlined hose routing under my arm. No complaints so far, the product seems well built. I went with the 90 degree adapter instead of a swivel simply because there's less moving parts (ie less failure points). Would recommend.

Really good swivel adapter

This is a really good 90 degree swivel adapter. I use this with a milflex hose and use this in an underarm system for my reg as it puts less stress on my jaw. I have not found any problem with it using it for the first time last week in the cayman islands. Would recommend!

Awesome 90 degree adapter

I placed two on my singles, and doubles regulator kits and they work great. I noticed reduced jaw fatigue and less pulling when turning my head. You can't go wrong with these adapters.

Does What You'd Expect

I used this adapter to route my primary hose (40 ") underneath my arm instead of over my shoulder. The 90 degree adapter made it so this could be done easily. I find this setup to be much more comfortable than my previous setup.

A good way to use a longer hose (5ft) and route it under your arm. This becomes more streamlined and is specially recommended for those who use octo-inflator because the longer hose allows easier air sharing with your buddy when you donate your primary, making an emergency controlled ascend more manageable. This version is more reliable than the swivel one. More moving parts = more failure points, and I have seen my buddy's swivel blowing up right in front of me, luckily while walking down the beach.

I swapped out a swivel for this because the swivel was too heavy. I'm running a 5' hose for my reg with a miflex hose and the 90 degree adapter and I am FAR more comfortable than a 40" inch hose and swivel.
