Want to make a real difference for our oceans? The Project AWARE Specialty course is your introduction to a global movement of divers and ocean enthusiasts working to protect our underwater . This virtual class is perfect for anyone – divers, snorkelers, and ocean lovers of all kinds – who want to learn how their actions can have a positive impact.

This isn't just about learning about the ocean; it's about learning how to protect it. Through interactive discussions (held via Zoom), you'll:

• Discover Project AWARE: Learn about this global movement and its mission.
• Master the 10 Tips: Get practical, actionable advice on how divers can protect the ocean planet.
• Create Your Action Plan: Develop a personalized plan for making a difference, both on your dives and in your everyday life.

This is a "dry" course – no diving required! – so anyone can participate. The class meets virtually at 6pm Central Time (unless otherwise noted by the instructor). You'll receive a Zoom link and password before the class begins.

Prerequisite: A passion for the ocean! (Seriously, no diving certification required.)
