Yes, the Peregrine comes with straps and bungee unless you get the console version. The recommendation is for alternate color options for the strap. If you have any questions email me at nate@diverightinscuba.com
The Peregrine can be attached using bungee to accommodate a smaller wrist. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me direct at augiej@diverightinscuba.com.
Hi Rick, all of the Shearwater computers are able to upload data VIA Bluetooth connection. If your current app does not support the Shearwater unit, Shearwater has a dive log app available for both Apple and Andriod devices called Shearwater Cloud. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me direct at augiej@diverightinscuba.com.
Shearwater does offer replacement of the battery through them directly. The cost is $75 plus shipping for the battery replacement. This is directly from their website FAQ's "We expect typical battery life to be several years. Actual battery longevity depends on usage and storage conditions. Generally, lithium battery performance will degrade slowly over time.
The battery can be replaced at authorized service centers. The cost of replacement is $100 CAD + shipping
The turnaround time for replacement is 5 business days after receipt of payment, excluding shipping time. The battery replacement includes inspection, functional testing and pressure testing." If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me direct at augiej@diverightinscuba.com.

Very happy with this computer
Review byRogerm
I am a new diver and this is my first computer, but I did a lot of research and a buddy who is a technical diver really recommend the Shearwater brand.
They typically do very high end computers but When I saw that came out with the Peregrine for Rec diving I was intrigued. It shares the same Hi-res screen as some of the more expensive models, which is very easy to read. The Color LED can display information in a much more readable fashion than a traditional LCD with awesome graphics. The two button interface is very easy to use.
I like the wireless rechargeable battery because I can top it off at any time and I know I have a full charge. It works great with the phone app to download dive info and the has a great dive log feature.
The Peregrine may be a little more than the average rec computer but I think it’s a great value. The one thing I wish it had was a digital compass but that is a minor thing.

I was waiting for exactly this..or nearly
Review byBrad
I've done only 14 dives with the Peregrine but here's my findings. First, I love the watch strap. It's a very high quality elastic rubber that can be set tight enough that you don't have to reset after compression at depth. The size of the screen along with the color contrast are so good that I can easily read the computer without using my stick on cheaters in my mask. I love the fact that I can customize the bottom line on the display to show what's important to me at a glance and still go through other screens to easily to check stuff like CNS clock. And this computer keeps up with nearly everything. The logbook is superb especially when you factor in the shearwater cloud app. I have it on my phone and laptop so it's very easy to sync up and fill in all my info. My nearly on here is compass and AI. But should it have a compass and AI at this price? Well it costs two to three times as much in the US to get a computer that does everything the Peregrine does and includes those two items. So my analog compass and SMG will do fine. I wouldn't get rid of either anyway just for redundancy sake. I gave the Peregrine 5 stars because at the price I think it's unbeatable amongst current production competitors in that price range.

Excellent buy
Review byDavid T
The Peregrine has all the features a recreational diver would want (except for a compass and hence 4 stars). Very easy to read under water, some fields are customizable, and the menus and menu navigation are intuitive. I really like how home screen is customizable (I put my name and phone number on mine) and how it can connects to your computer or smartphone via Bluetooth and the Shearwater app.
Last but not least, you are not just buying a piece of hardware. It is obvious that a lot of research and development have gone into what makes this piece great. To see for yourself, just go read the user manual available on their website.
If it had a build in compass like their higher end computers, it would be close to perfect.

Awesome computer
Review byTrevor
I bought the peregrine as my first dive computer. Used in thru my basic open water dives and worked great. After diving with it thru the class and only having 10 dives total on it , I’m thinking I should have got the perdix ai as I’m starting to think I would really like to see air on my computer as well. If air integration isn’t on your list as a need I highly recommended this.

Review byBrumBie
I dive a Perdix with a separate analog system. This is exactly what I wanted without buying a Perdix non AI. I have done a few dives with it already. It's very visible and tells you what you need to know. It was a great purchase. I replaced a Suunto Zoop Novo, which is another stable computer.
