I wish I had spent a little more

It's a good simple SMB at a good price, but honestly I wish I had spent a little more. The while the size is nice the oral inflate is a little hard to use with gloves and cold water to deal with. It would have been nicer to get one that uses free flow from a regulator purge. But it does the job.

Most SMBs are 200 denier. This is 420. It will last a long time. You can tell it is heavy duty.

This is a surprisingly well built smb for the price, the fabric and stitching feels bulletproof, it also rolls up nice and compact for stowing, unfortunately the oral inflation valve feels a little cheap and flimsy. Overall a great little smb for the money, although i wish the oral inflation valve was a bit sturdier, DRIS was great as always.

Nice high vis safety sausage. The unit has held up well with little fading despite frequent use in high sun conditions. An excellent choice for safety and a good height to keep boats away. (well hopefully)

The material looks strong enough. A lot better than the plastic ones they sell at Sports Chalet. The blow valve is easy to use. The only problem I see is that it's a little difficult to deflate because you have to hold the valve and squeeze the balloon at the same time. It would be easier to deflate it with a buddy helping you.
I ordered it together with a wetsuit to take advantage of the free shipping, but Dive Right In Scuba sent it in a separate package anyways so that I can get it in time, free shipping! That's very nice.

Great Product, Be prepared if you are going on any charter boat in south Florida to have one of these. Do Not be caught without one because it is mandatory equipment. I personally like the orange, for some reason i find it easier to see while in the water.
