I never would have guessed that such a small piece of rubber could become such a valuable piece of kit in my gear organization. Since switching to side mount diving occasionally there comes a need to remove and then reattach the inflator hose and with gloved hands this was a two handed operation. The clouds parted and music rained down from heaven when a dive buddy recommended this small rubber hose hat to me. What was a focused two handed job very quickly became a mindless, single-handed task for removing and reattaching my inflator hose. I don't know why I never had one of these before, there is a small semi-circular cutout on one side so it doesn't come into contact with the corrugated hose. I now have these on all of my BC's corrugated hoses and will never look back or even think of not recommending this to all that will listen. BUY WITH HESITATION, YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF!!!

It's a silly little device that makes connecting and removing your drysuit LP hose just a little bit easier. Your hands can get cold during a dive, or lose dexterity in insulated gloves. With these little hose hats, that little coupling becomes a little bit bigger and a whole lot easier to operate.

I had a drysuit that was super tight, so I always needed my buddy to help me take it off. Finally I got sick of that and got this hose hat. Cheapest best idea ever.
