 This hose is made of an outer polyester braided cover that is overlaid with a woven Kevlar. The Kevlar makes this hose much more durable than the low pressure variant, but also a little less flexible. Rated and tested to 5000psi with a burst pressure of 22000psi, it is going to hold for you even if you tie it in a knot!
The 7/16" chrome plated brass HP fittings screw into either your first stage or pressure gauge with no issues and a perfect mate. These do NOT come with a High Pressure spool that is required for it to work. The gauge you buy should come with the appropriate spool to use with this hose.Â
