- 316 grade stainless steel construction
- Adjustable length nylon webbing
- Roller wheels make it easier to cam over the buckle and provide protection to the cylinder paint
- Stainless steel cam buckle
- The band can be rotated in the bracket so that the buckle may be positioned on the left or right side
- Available in two sizes
  - Pony mount for 4.4 in (112 mm) Diameter cylinders - Fits sizes 13 & 19 cu ft
  - Pony mount for 3.2 in (81 mm) Diameter cylinders - Fits size 6 cu ft
