New generation of heating wire covered with ultra-soft, silicone isolation resistant to breaking. Innovative, synthetic power cable resistant to high temperatures and cuts.

I recently purchased the heated vest system from Dive Right In Scuba for my winter diving. I have been diving in 35+ water for quite a few years and could only get about a 20 minute dive. After purchasing this heated vest it has doubled my dive time for the colder water. It heats up instantly - not too hot or cold. I am so pleased with this system and it is comfortable to wear under my drysuit - not too bulky or constricting. I have a happy face after each dive - even when chilled after the dive it radiates a generous amount of heat to rewarm you on your way out from the dive. Actually it is quite amazing. I'm a happier winter diver. Thank you Dive Right In Scuba for keeping me in the water all year around when I was about to give up on winter diving.

I have only been able to use the vest once and my battery only lasted about 25 minutes but it was great. The water temp was about 41 and I didn't notice it tell my battery died. I made a bulk head adapter for my dry suit inflator and I was surprised to see when i received the vest that it came with a connection that was intended to be adapted to my setup. It has a small EO type connection and 2 bare wires on the supply side. ( I hate propitiatory gear) on the down side. The crotch strap is too short. I will need to adapt it so I don't dive with a wedgie. I fits my chest snug(Jacket size 46) but it is a little loose around my waste. I ordered a XL. I am 6' tall and weigh 200 pounds. I dive fresh water and this is a must. My argon will be collecting dust and charging my battery will be much cheaper than argon fills,

I purchased the Santi heated vest to make life more comfortable on long deco dives in the cold waters of the Great Lakes. I have used the vest now for 8 dives and am very happy with the quality and comfort. I tried a couple of different ways of wearing it and ended up preferring it over just a rash guard and under my Fourth Element Arctics. The only down sides to it are the extra bulk of it inside the drysuit and of course adding an additional battery. When I ordered the vest I received word right away that they didn't have the size in stock and it would be delayed a few days. DRIS was excellent with keeping me informed as to shipping and getting me the tracking number. I am very Happy with both the vest and DRIS!
