This two-day course builds upon the foundations of breath-hold techniques, taking you into open water for a truly transformative experience.

Even if you're an experienced scuba diver, freediving offers a completely different perspective – quieter, more intimate, and surprisingly liberating.
This Freediving Certification Course Includes:
- Knowledge Development: Online independent study and classroom sessions covering freediving principles and equipment.
- Confined Water Session (Day 1): Mastering breath-hold techniques, static apnea (holding your breath while still), and dynamic apnea (swimming horizontally underwater).
- Open Water Sessions (Day 2): Practicing free immersion (pulling yourself down a line) and constant weight freedives (descending and ascending with fins), along with essential buddy procedures.

Equipment: You'll need your own freediving-quality mask, snorkel, and fins. We have a wide selection on-site to ensure a perfect fit. Wetsuit, weight belt, and weights can be purchased or rented.
