Great Fins!
Review byNicole Heins
I bought these fins for my husband and he LOVES them. They fit nicely, especially when he has his rock boots on. He loves the spring straps. Would recommend for any level diver! I will probably buy a pair for myself!!!!

Great product
Review byDusty
IMO these are the best fins on the market! They have a generous foot pocket designed for dri suit boots and the included spring straps with a large thumb loop make them easy to don and doff. They are very efficient and easy on my tired old legs. They work with all finning styles and lots of power when needed. They are negatively buoyant and not floaty.

I can see why they're so popular
Review byCoach Izzy
I must admit I was concerned at first when I received the fins. They're much heavier than other fins I've had, and I thought they would compromise underwater performance.
I'm happy to say I was wrong! They helped me balance in my drysuit without interfering with kick performance. In fact, I was surprised at how powerful they were.
I think that for drysuit divers, more so those who prefer the frog kick, these fins are a must. I"m truly happy with them.

One of the best
Review byGregory
The Hollis F1 Batfin is probably one of the best if not the best fin for cold water diving. It is a heavier fin that helps with the added bouyancy of thicker wetsuits. Every kick can be performed with absolute precision and there is plenty of power available if you have the legs for them. The only other fin I have tried in its class is the original Jefin, but I like this one better.

Awsome fin
Review byJOHN
This is my second pair. Lost one in heavy surf. Tried other fins and no other match up. The fins work in every type of diving. Frog kick, back kick and heli turns, the fins are amazing. You don't even give up ease of fin kicks and propulsion in open water like other Tec fins. I will keep buying these fins. Thanks DRIS

Great fin
Review byJOHN
This fin is absolutely the best I've had. Prevents floaty feet from dysuit. Stiff for all styles of kicking. Deep foot pocket prevents arch stress and foot cramps. Long enough for great propulsion and sping straps for easy on and off. Good job DRIS and Hollis.

Great for drysuit diving
Review byWayne
These work great with my drysuit and help alleviate the floaty feet issue. These are very heavy. I tried diving them once in my wetsuit, but they were too heavy and made me go feet down / head up. These things are built like tanks and I suspect I will get many many years of diving out of them.

Hollis F1 fins are very powerful. The frog kick is very good with these fins. You get constant linear power.

Hollis F1 vs JetFins
Review bystephen
The two best fins for serious divers are usually come down to the F1 Tech Fins or the Jet Fins. I purchased the Hollis F1s because I got to see the min person and really enjoyed their quality. The spring straps are a good feature vs cheaper fins since you never run the risk of losing the strap, which happens often. These are heavy duty and you can tell by the weight of them. If you are worried they are too heavy for you, you can try the LT fins which are lighter than these.

Great fins! If you are serious about diving get these.
Review bywin
I was told that if I was serious about diving I should be the Hollis F1 fins otherwise I can just purchase split fins. I knew I was going to be serious about diving so the decision was a no brainer. The fins are very durable. I liek the spring straps because they make putting them on for short dives very easy even in rough surf. A thing to note is that these are quite heavy so your feet might get cramps until you get use to them.
