Purchased mainly due to latex allergy, but find that silicone is much more comfortable anyway. Si-Tech products are high quality and I can find no faults except the lack of trim guide (like with DUI seals). All of the info I found recommended not trimming the seal, but it was much more comfortable after trimming. I not a big guy either 5'8" @ 155 lbs. Other than that, I love the seal and I stay dry, and DRIS delivered as promised.

Love the seal. Much more comfortable than my old latex seal. Much more soft and stretchy. I can see how this could tear more easily as well though so I'll be sure to have a spare. As long as you aren't overly rough though it seem to be a lot nicer.

My only wish is for it to be a bit looser. I've tried to trim it before, unsuccessfully (silicon seals are much more sensitive to little nicks than latex). For me it is a hair too tight on the surface (fine underwater). But I am a fit larger guy with a fairly thick neck. They worked better for me than Waterproof seals that came originally with the suit

Nice seals that are easy to replace when coupled with a neck ring system (which is basically required for installation anyway). I always carry one around in my save-a-dive kit.

After decades of diving, I developed a latex allergy, which makes wearing latex neck and wrist seals a literal pain. Not only is this seal super soft and comfortable, but unlike latex seals, offers a much wider size differential. That means that even if I gain weight on a cruise or lose weight from running, there are no leaks and no adjustments.

Incredibly comfortable neck seals with the bonus of no trimming required for my neck size. My first drysuit class I used a latex seal and had the worst hangman's neck rash and still have the line to show for it. With these seals no rash, no line, just dry diving.

Had my seals in 3 days. Negative comment: the seals are just folded into a Priority mail bubble envelope. I used a scissor to open the bubble pack and if I had not been cutting carefully, would have damaged my seals. Open your packages carefully!

I love these seals. I have the neck ring system on both of my dry suits. I tore one of these seals after 200 dives last week. I got my spare put of my save-a-dive kit and put it in. It only took 5 mins and I was diving. Bought two of these seaks. ONE for my spare and a spare for my dive buddy. Great product. Coupled with the neck ring system, this a unbeatable peice of equiptment. And the price was $10.00 less than I could find it anywhere. I have bought a lot of stuff from DRIS. I have always found them very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

So as a person with a mild latex allergy, this seal is a God send. My neck is 15.5", untrimed the size regular seal was comfortable when it warms to your skin, however i still felt like i needed to trim one ring down. Be very careful trimming the seal. I recommend removing the seal for trimming. Turn seal inside-out and stretch over a scuba tank for best work surface. Take a very sharp razor blade and trim just above ribbing using ribbing as your guide. Perfect trim every time. WARNING: when doffing drysuit, stretch seal only as much as necessary. Using both hands, grab neck opening and open to grasp your ring system. Then put head through. Do not just shove head through seal as this greatly increases your chance of tearing your seal.
