Reviews
Wrist sizing based on the DRIS site was right on, with careful measurement.
I could probably trim the length a quarter inch after installation, but they are so comfortable, why bother.
The hardest part was removing the old wrist seals and rubber tape using acetone and heat. Methyl-ethyl ketone would have worked much better, but I didn't have any available. I could have saved some time, trimmed back the original seals and installed directly over them, but I'm a perfectionist and must love the aroma of acetone.
I spot tested a couple OTC contact cements (too runny) and black wetsuit cement I keep around (too thick and way too permanent). I found the DRIS drysuit glue worked best.
Finish the exterior edge of the seal with some sort of finishing tape. Pull the suit inside out and finish the interior edge with a bead of 50-50 cotal/aquaseal or acetone/aquaseal, especially when adhering to a neoprene or crushed neoprene drysuit.
Dust liberally with talcum powder which helps to don and doff and will extend the life of the seals.
The final seals were excellent and quite water tight.
