If you buy exactly the right size it fits and seals great. Measure around your neck, snug but not pressing into the skin, like a mans dress shirt with a tie should be but slightly closer to the skin. For me it was 1/2 inch smaller than my shirt size. Fit in the custom suit I made perfectly, should work as well in any commercially produced gear too.
My only complaint with DRIS is that they don't have a shop in the Portland Oregon area to show other shops how it should be done.
