The Helium Dive Gear Custom Titanium Pro Single Tank System is the ultimate way to personalize your scuba diving setup. This premium backplate and wing package is designed for single-tank diving, offering a unique blend of performance, comfort, and customization.

Key Features:

This system lets you build your dream BCD with a range of high-quality components:

• 25lb or 35lb Wing: These donut-shaped wings are made from tough Cordura fabric and offer either 25 or 35lbs of lift. Plus, you can choose your favorite color to add a splash of personality to your gear.
• Titanium Backplate: Select from the Signature, Classic, Small, or X-Type titanium backplate – all crafted with precision and featuring smooth, rounded edges. It's like the Beskar of the scuba world – strong and stylish! (We're still awaiting our actual Beskar shipment from Mandalore.)
• Titanium Harness: This harness is made with Helium's signature webbing and titanium hardware, including D-rings, a crotch strap, and a waist buckle. You can even choose your preferred color and style.
• Titanium Single Tank Adapter: This adapter is made from titanium to prevent hydrolysis and comes with two titanium tank bands for a secure fit.
• Weight System: Ditch the weight belt and add 10lbs of weight in the small weight pockets or upgrade to the FLY system for $75

• Inner bladder made from dual-layer TPU Cordura 420D fabric
• Outer shell made from Cordura 1000D and reinforced with Gutermann marine-grade thread
• Donut shape
• Delrin OPV
• Elbow inflator assembly

Backplate:

• 1.5 lbs
• 2mm titanium sheet
• CNC machined with rounded edges

Harness:

• Helium signature webbing
• 2 titanium bent D-rings for the shoulders
• 1 titanium hip D-ring
• 1 titanium butt D-ring
• Crotch strap with titanium D-rings
• Titanium waist buckle

STA / Tank Bands:

• Titanium single tank adapter with titanium hardware
• 2 titanium tank bands

Weight System:

• Attaches to the back of the titanium backplate
• (2) Small 5lb weight pockets (included) or upgrade to the Fly System
• Fly System Holds 15lbs of weight on either pocket (total 30lbs capacity)
