Hi Rob, I wear a 4E wide myself, and these boots tend to run a fairly normal width . They also have great arch support and a removable insole for added comfort. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me direct at augiej@diverightinscuba.com.

Kept my tootsies warm at 37F Ohio Quarry dive

My dive buddy & I do weekend dives at Gilboa Quarry in Ohio. He dives dry & I dive wet ... yes that's correct I dive wet in a 7/8 mm wet suit ... up until the time of purchasing the Amphibian Boots my toes got cold and was only able to do a single tank dive up to 70 feet. Needless to say the water is a little chilly, a constant 37 degrees F and wetsuit diving at this temperature is not for the "faint of heart". Well, these boots kept my toes toasty warm during my first tank dive. It was actually pleasant diving in this frigid water. If you are wacky enough to do cold-water diving in a wet suit & want to keep your feet warm, spend the money and purchase these boots. Excellent Boots

Best boots I've owned. I was looking to buy a different boot that no one seemed to have in stock. Same was true here. But the person I spoke with suggested these and they have turned out to be great. Very well made. Very comfortable. The zipper lock keeps the zipper in place (a problem I've had on other boots). Solid footing, good traction. Just can't say enough about how good these are.

I bought these boots for my husband, who has been a scuba diver over 30yrs. He loves this brand, and had a pair for several years until he damaged a boot in a salvage and needed a new pair. More Comfortable than my Walking Shoes

I tried on many boots at my LDS when I signed up for OW classes, but the moment I put on Fourth Element's I knew we had a winner. These are very comfortable, so much that after a dive I am tempted to just keep them on instead of switching to normal shoes! As warm as it gets, too. During long dives in cold water I've never once got cold feet, even when my dive buddies are complaining about numb toes.

Best hard sole boot

I purchased these boot after returning my seasoft Sunrays. The build quality is excellent. I am surprised but the exterior width of these boots is slightly narrower than the the Seasofts. I really like the feel of the insert. This is what makes the boot superior to others. Two drawbacks, the boot takes a long time to dry underneath the insert if left in. Second be prepared to buy new fins if switching from traditional booties.

Great boots! These are the ones you want if you need heavy duty. They are twice the price of other boots on the market but they will also hold twice as long if you're pushing them to their limits. If you are only boat diving or diving from sandy beaches don't bother as they are a bit bulky and you don't need heavy duty boots.

I am new diver and purchased these boots. First off, I did not want to spend this much on boots. However after trying every style of boot in the store these boot were the only ones that felt right. My foot is 100% normal: Mean's 9 to 9 1/2 medium. The boot are snug, but not too tight, and your foot does not flop around, they feel like real shoes, and act like real shows. The fit perfectly in my fins, Sherwood Fusion Fins. As a new diving I was getting foot cramps on occasion. These boot help aide cramp enlivenment by allowing the fin straps to be positioned in 3 different positions. Of all my diving equipment this is my current favorite piece of equipment.

This is a great dive boot, comfortable and well built. I own five other dive boots from different manufactures , and this is by far the best boot on the market. A little pricy but worth the extra money if you do a lot of beach diving.

The Amphibian Boot is very comfortable, and a pleasure to ware. They fit the Hollis F2 Fins perfectly, and provide great support for shore diving. These were the first zip up wetsuit boots I put on that I liked, normally other boots fit sloppy, and these fit like a glove...without the squeeze. DRIS had the products to me so I was able to make my mission trip, they have been a blessing to me time and time again. Thank you!

The Amphibian boots are incredible, perfectly designed for the smoke on water fins. They have the best shore diving soles i have ever seen. The design of how the rubber protection comes comes high on the upper part of your foot really works to prevent any possibility of fins aggravating the skin against the tendons.
