Nice, but Out of Stock

This spool was out of stock, but DRIS, being awesome, sent me a (more expensive) alternative of a stainless steel spool, which I really appreciated, and was very excited to have such a nice product. Unfortunately, it didn't last long after a DM showed me a scar between his thumb and index from a similar spool that had a slight nick in the side, so I ended up buying a second-hand plastic one very similar to this one. Minus one star as it looks like it has the same frustrating problem of many spools- the double snap clip is very difficult to clip off through the hole. Not sure how common this practice is, but I prefer doing it, so have to actually cut off a fair amount of line. Great price and the line is very visible. Definitely go with plastic over metal!

The finger spool is nice and cheap. The line is so bright it is easy to follow. The brass snap bolt is very nice quality. I really like this spool for the price.
