• Anytime you need to, send in your suit for diagnosis. We'll perform a full major leak test and report back to you. (Limit 1 per year)

Premium Drysuit Warranty:

• Free seal replacements for the life of the suit.
• We'll inspect your suit and, if needed, we'll replace your wrist and neck seals. (Limit 1 replacement of each per year)
  • Covers Latex, Neoprene, and Silicone seals. 
• If you have a replaceable neck or wrist system, send us your bad seals and we'll send a replacement free of charge. (Limit 1 set per year)
• Free suit patches anytime, anywhere, for any reason!
• Also includes our Lifetime Leak Test Warranty.

• If your seam is leaking, we'll take care of it free of charge!
• Free zipper replacements for the life of your suit. (Over $400 Value. Limit 1 replacement every 3 years)

DUI Suit Warranty:

• Due to the increased cost of DUI seals, our warranty we'll offer replacement seals at a 50% discount. All other services will remain the same.

The Fine Print:- 

• Suit claims can be denied at any time by Dive Right In Scuba.
• Warranty covers normal wear and tear, not abuse.
  • Putting a hole in your suit with your dive knife on accident is covered. Cutting your zipper in half for a bet is not covered.
• Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Dive Right In Scuba.
• Proper repair form must be sent in with suit for repair, and clearly identify which Warranty was purchased.
• Purchaser to pay for Front of Line Service if required for a trip deadline. All suits sent in for warranty are subject to standard turn-around time.
• Alterations are NOT included in this guarantee.
• The covered area must actually need a replacement.
  • Just wanting a new zipper doesn’t mean you receive one. When the zipper fails, we'll replace it.
• Our warranties do not void, alter, extend, or replace your suit's manufacturer's warranty.
• Dive Right In Scuba will evaluate your suit prior to the purchase of our Platinum Drysuit Warranty to confirm eligiblity.
• Dive Right In Scuba must evaluate your used drysuit's eligibility prior to the purchase of our Platinum Drysuit Warranty. 
  
  • Your suit must be in working order with no current issues.
  • Any existing issues are not covered by the warranty and must be fixed prior to covereage taking effect.
  • Not all suits will qualify for the Platinum Drysuit Warranty.
